The project is to develop almost 500 Acres of central Scottish Lowlands, midway between Edinburgh and Glasgow. We have developed a concept that has areas specifically for Families with Children and separately areas for Adults Only. We will target the corporate hospitality & team building industry along with holiday makers. Our concept also aims to cater the local residents, offering them free access to certain facilities, in order to incorporate the resort into the community.

The Key elements of the resort will include Self-catering and serviced holiday accommodation, hotel rooms, shops, bars, restaurants, golf course, hi-tech golf driving range, several main buildings housing various leisure activities, outdoor pursuits concert area & Showground and 5 star Spa Hotel complex.
