This is a Development of almost 500 acres/200 hectares of land almost equal distance from Glasgow & Edinburgh (Formally known as Kersewell Resort and incorporates “Kersewell Mains"), it will become a UK and International Holiday Resort with Spa, Corporate Hospitality & Events Arena in Central Scotland. It is very important that this development project is rooted in Scottish heritage and serves the local and Scottish Community as much as the visitors and guests.

We will endeavour to work with South Lanarkshire businesses primarily, and Scottish businesses generally in completing this project and employing people from as near to the resort development as possible in order for this opportunity to truly contribute to the Scottish economy and Scottish Tourism sector.

The development site is situated on the A70 Edinburgh Road and has wonderful views of the local countryside including the Pentland Hills. Most of the buildings and holiday homes will be orientated East-West to benefit from sunrises and sunsets and the new design is aiming to offer “3 Generation Holidays” with facilities for the disabled and elderly - So the whole family can have a great time!
