“Staycation” – An Establish Concept in the UK
As a future provider of Scottish Staycation Holidays we are lucky to have the established resort concept of Center Parks UK to validate our project. This is a very successful business model with an average 97.8% Occupancy of it’s resorts. We are also positioned to fill the only location that Center Parcs do not have an operation; Scotland.
Our Location is within 35 miles of 70% of the population of Scotland.
Competition
There will not be a comparable resort of this type in Scotland, as it will be the biggest resort development of its type in the country. There are a wide variety of hotels in Lanarkshire, in Edinburgh and Glasgow. We will incorporate attracting “day visitors” into our marketing campaigns so that competing hotels can be used as ‘feeder’ opportunities for our resort.
