The major possible change, which is under review, to our masterplan is the elimination of an on-site 18-hole golf course; after extensive studies we have decided to work more closely with existing golf clubs in the area to provide this facility. This gives us the maximum flexibility in planning the layout of the resort – putting things where they make sense.
To replace a golf course on our resort we are planning an extensive, indoor, hi-tech multi-tiered golf driving range with a range of hospitality and social venues attached. We will also incorporate 3D driving machines allowing players to play “any course in the world”.
We aim to be a preferred destination for groups looking for a different day out, particularly in poor weather when the regular round of golf is not possible.
